Top Lage, sehr schöne Einrichtung, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Jacuzzi, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, er gab uns noch hilfreiche Tipps zum Parken, tooles Frühstück im Café/Bar zwei Min. entfernt. nix

The room was cozy, newly furnished, with a bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and included in the price at the Memory bar, only 5 minutes from the accommodation. I recommend the omelette or toast, and the fact that it opens at 7:30 was a plus. Self‑check‑in worked well for us, and the host was responsive. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by Fabio when we arrived, and he gave us all the necessary details for our stay. The room was spotless, functional, and comfortable. The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from La Spezia’s central station, which is perfect, and it’s right on a shopping street so you can start shopping as soon as you step out. Breakfast takes place in a bar called “Memory,” where you get a hot drink, a cold drink, and a typical plate of pancakes, bread/egg/bacon, or yogurt with fruit, all of which were delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely return 😁
