“Ruhig und freundlich”
The location, breakfast, and service were all excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive; bringing a dog was also pleasant and the house stayed very quiet overall. We even dined there in the evening and the food was delicious. I can’t comment on the traffic, as we were there from Saturday to Sunday. Nothing to complain about.

The room was different from what was shown on the platform, tiny, under the roof at 38 °C, impossible.
The owner was extremely friendly and the restaurant served good food, but the mattresses felt a bit worn through.
“Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”
The hotel is a regional family‑run guesthouse with a hotel operation, and it seems to belong to Sendenhorst, where cheerful locals gather in the beer garden or the tavern every evening; you feel instantly part of the community; the rooms are clean and adequate, the bathroom and bed are good, and the location is fairly central with supermarkets right around the corner, a bus stop 5 minutes away, and the Sendenhorst clinic about 12 minutes on foot; the cozy beer garden is enhanced by works of a local sculptor. The hotel is fine and clean, but it could use a renovation eventually.
