Even though renovations were happening when we got there, the whole staff was very pleasant. I didn’t like that the work made things a bit inconvenient and that some construction workers had a poor attitude.

The bathrooms were clean and there were two of them. The rooms smelled musty, and we didn’t know the hotel was under construction. My mom moved to a less musty room but still saw dirty curtains, lamp shades, and the location wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was grab‑and‑go, not what I’m used to at a Springhill Suites.

The location fit my plans while I was in town, but I wasn’t aware the front entrance was under construction when I arrived. Paying $30 a night for parking is steep for a hotel guest, and the fire alarm blared for about 40 minutes out of nowhere, which really ruined the experience.

The place left a lot to be desired. It was under construction, the staff’s customer service was poor and frustrating, and it was overpriced.
