The pool and location were nice, but we arrived during a heatwave and the hosts entered our room while we were away, opened the windows and shutters without permission or a heads‑up. Some of our items had to be moved because they were left in front of the window, and the same happened in our private bathroom where we had laid out underwear. Privacy and security were completely absent, and huge spiders slipped in through the open window. We chased them with the owner until 3 am, which revealed a lot of spider webs and dust throughout the room and hallway. Feeling unsafe and dirty, we left and asked for compensation through the booking service, but the owners refused.
