The room is cozy and clean, yet the outdoor area is deteriorating and there is a strong smell of smoke (herb) in the corridors.

La persona che mi ha ricevuto è molto gentile ed attende tutti gli ospiti con molta pazienza, data la difficoltà in questo momento di poter raggiungere Portici. Il posto è molto comodo a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro. L'alloggio dà una sensazione di non finito, sui balconi permangono calcinacci. La porta di ingresso pur avendo una chiusura di sicurezza non funziona per cui si chiude solo con un semplice scatto. Nella camera altre cose che non vanno: una lampada sul comodino non funziona, nell'armadio c'è una sola gruccia per una giacca e una per un pantalone, ma quest'ultima è rotta, nel bagno c'è una vasca idromassaggio molto vecchia e con muffa chiaramente un riciclo rispetto al bagno che è stato rifatto, la tavoletta del WC si muove quando ci si siede. Non sono riuscita a collegarmi al wifi. Non c'è colazione ma questo era segnalato, ma speravo di trovare almeno un bollitore. La pulizia in generale non è perfetta. Direi che la situazione è facilmente migliorabile con un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli

The location is good. The bed is uncomfortable, the pillow is also uncomfortable, the room is small, there are no support points, not even a small table and chair unless you go outside onto the balcony, which is very dirty.

The accommodation is quiet, in a safe area, 5 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes from Portici station. The handover was straightforward. Because of the condition of the shower cabin and bathtub, I would not recommend this place. The sea view was irrelevant for us, but I want to note that it’s a side view—a small gap between two residential blocks. Those who value it should pay attention. Our room was smaller than described.
