They had no coffee machine in the room; when I asked, they said it would cost 3 € for a capsule. I told them that was ridiculous for a 320 € per night stay, and after I said I’d write a review they gave me six free drinks. The gym was very poor, old, underground, and had no windows.

The room was lovely. The staff couldn’t figure out from the boss whether they could extend my stay, which felt like a lack of communication and training during the low season when most rooms are out of commission.

The breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Before a room was assigned, it should be clarified that everything is in order. The room was worn out and the air conditioner was broken. Despite complaining, we were forced to stay there for a night. Only the next day were we offered a replacement room, a “Suite.”

The breakfast was impressive, but the flavors were disappointing. The “luxury made in China” décor lacked class and felt a bit bling‑bling. Still, there was a genuine effort to make the stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable but poorly ventilated. The pool was beautiful. The restaurant was disappointing.
