Everything was great! Huge thanks to the staff, they were super quick and the stay was definitely worth it. When we return to Bantayan, we’ll stay there again. The menu or food could have been better, but overall everything was good enough for a stay that met our needs.

A private room in the Philippines for a small price, with a comfy bed. I was surprised to find a wool blanket made from suit material – clever idea! They made me breakfast of something I wanted to try but couldn’t find locally and didn’t charge me. The hot & cold water machine and kitchen were handy, and the beach was just a 5‑minute walk away. Conveniently, it’s only 30 pesos by scooter from the ferry. The only issue was no hot water, but most days I didn’t need it because I was sweaty when I came back to the room. The worst part was a neighborhood dog barking 90% of the day.

The price was good, the bed and top sheet (wool) were comfortable, and the kitchen was usable. It was basically soundproof, but the neighbor dog kept yapping. I’d prefer a hot water shower – I had one problem when I got drenched in pouring rain driving back from Bantayan at night and then froze on the scooter. The noisy neighbor dog was a nuisance.
