We had an incredible stay at the cottage! You can really tell how much effort, care and love Ura-san puts into the place. The view was absolutely beautiful, and he was such a kind, thoughtful, and welcoming host. Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay. If you’re staying in the area, this is definitely the place to stay — we couldn’t recommend it more!. Everything was great!

We really liked the cabins here; even though we arrived a bit late, the host was warm and friendly, showing us the surroundings and amenities. The area was very quiet, a relaxing time. Breakfast came with blueberry jam made carefully by the host and his wife, and looking at the unbeatable mountain view made us feel so happy.

The owner is beyond kind and cares deeply for his property. The cottage is on a mountainside and faces endless mountains. It is the most peaceful area perhaps in all of Japan. There is the sweetest dog there to keep you company and loves to be pet! The owner clearly loves people and did his absolute best to accommodate us despite our only being there for the night (about 12 hours total). He was there to greet us and there to see us off. It is a bit of a treck, and the driveway is a bit scary to get up, but wow is it worth it! The view is stunning from the cottage, and the very air around the area is fresh. I am excited to come back one day, hopefully, and stay much longer!

The view is magnificent. You really feel like you're in a little chalet out of time. It's very well equipped. The terrace is truly pleasant. The welcome was wonderful. The owner is very warm and pleasant. Our children could go for a walk with him around the chalet and even pick blueberries. He offered us a jar of his wonderful jam. I regret not arriving earlier in the afternoon.
