“For the price, I would not stay here again.”
The front desk staff handled check‑in flawlessly, and the room itself was spotless. The lobby was stylish, and the breakfast spread was solid—my daughter especially loved the muffins. On the downside, the hotel feels a bit dated overall. While the lobby stayed tidy, the rest of the property fell short. The first set of elevators were out of service, forcing us to trek to the back of the building and back again to our room near the front. A leak in the first‑floor hallway near the elevators left a puddle; they had a trash can to catch the water, but the next day the ceiling tiles had crumbled and littered the floor. Inside the room, a desk chair bore a large sweat stain that made the space feel dirty. When I asked for a receipt at checkout, the front desk said they didn’t issue one and that I’d have to get it from the third‑party booking site I used, but that site confirmed only the hotel could provide it.
