The front desk team were super responsive and easy to talk to; they were always friendly, professional, and never said “no” to any request I had, doing everything they could to help. The rooms were cleaner than at Avlonya and Avrasya. Overall it was an extraordinary stay and I felt very welcome. The windows don’t seal well, so street noise leaks in, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighboring rooms.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean but small, just enough. For a new hotel, the rooms next door and the street are loud and the soundproofing isn’t good. The room is too small and poorly soundproofed.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hosts at this hotel, who were extremely attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and their kindness was truly appreciated. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a daily housekeeping service that even changed our linens and towels every day - a luxury not often found even in luxury hotels.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff, but I was a bit let down by the thin walls, which made it difficult to relax. Despite this, the hotel's positives outweighed its negatives. Overall, it was an okay stay.
