When we arrived, the reception staff told us we had to pay a 200k rupiah deposit, which was not mentioned on any website. After arguing for a while, they agreed not to charge the deposit, but then we were told to pay an additional 160k rupiah for bed linen cleaning because it had a slight betadine stain. The room was basic but acceptable. The bathroom had hair and cockroaches floating in the toilet. The key‑card system was unreliable.
