The service was great in all areas, breakfast was delicious with a well‑executed a la carte and buffet combination, and the pub with live music and the cozy bar with a pianist were wonderful. Nothing to complain about.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the concierge, Oleb, was very friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel itself felt strange and very dark inside; the exterior photos were old and don’t reflect the current state. The staff were not friendly or cheerful when we arrived (except for the concierge), though they improved by the time we left. The fine‑dining prices were ridiculous, so we went to the pub where the food was pretty good.

The stay was exceptional; we enjoyed a spa hour after arrival (the spa closes at 19:00, so arrive early and remember to book). The next day we also rented a free bike from the hotel to explore the national park—a truly happy moment. The hotel and room were magnificent!

The hotel staff were excellent and the service flawless. Every room and common area, plus the restaurants, were beautifully decorated and spotless. The breakfast was superb—definitely five stars.
