Khum Damnoen Resort

The staff were lovely, accommodating, and kind, and the place was absolutely stunning, but it was hard to find anything outside of the resort and there was no coffee shop on site even though it said there was one.

“False advertising.”

Breakfast was okay, but the resort was a case of false advertising: only one swimming pool was open because the second was filled with concrete, and there were only three sun loungers around the pool for over a hundred guests; the cycle path was about 200 meters max, the coffee shop had closed, towels were not changed, there was no manager on site and the staff kept saying they were off site with a poor attitude, so we left a day early.

“Always a great stay with amazing staff. Very clean and well maintained. Well recommended!”

The location and resort were great, staff were amazingly friendly and attentive, but the steps to the rooms were very slippery in wet weather; despite the staff doing their best to keep them clear I slipped and injured my back and leg, and while they were quick to respond and helpful I feel more attention is needed in that area.

A beautiful, peaceful place close to the city. The restaurant is good, and the staff are lovely and welcoming
