The location was perfect, the room was comfortable—though a bit dark—yet still nice, and the breakfast was excellent and very complete; however, the airport transfer we booked through the hotel was unreliable: we arrived ten minutes late for our flight, all passengers on the transfer shared the same flight, the pickup time was far too late, and the small Goreme airport made us nervous and rushed—any delay meant we missed the flight, which felt unprofessional.
