Location is fine, but everything else—staff unbothered, lack of cleaning, poor in‑house food and facilities. Door staff constantly ask for tips every day, unprofessional. No Wi‑Fi, alarms off, noise.

Can't recall any positives, maybe the room smelled clean. The location is bad, night reception guy is rude, room is tiny.

Nothing much except the location. Facilities in room and dining are poor, no amenities, staff can't understand at dining, food delayed, cold, no privacy, staff are intrusive.
