I was placed in room 219 and immediately noticed there was no soundproofing at all—neither the windows nor the doors kept out traffic noise, and the kids in the neighboring rooms could be heard clearly, making it impossible to sleep. The facilities were terrible; water constantly pooled in the shower area, a foul smell lingered, and there was no body‑wash dispenser, so I had to bring my own. I ended up leaving a day early, checking out on the second day of a three‑night reservation because the comfort was simply lacking, and to top it off the front desk was unmanned for more than three hours when I arrived.

The only thing good was the location. The staff lack foreign language skills, construction work was done late at night, breakfast should be more varied, and cleaning needs more attention.

The cleanliness is excellent, the space is large, and the isolation from neighboring rooms is very good; there are free facilities like the pool, breakfast, cafés, and massages for a fee, and the location is beautiful and everything is close by. The shower in room 222 is only a fixed ceiling type and often doesn’t suit people who want to wash their bodies without hair.

There is no hotel with that name, the phone number is separate, I was scammed and never stayed there, they didn’t return my money, and the location is wrong. They scammed me.
