“Excellent with minor adjustments.”
The first impression of the lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot tub, the swimming pool, and the gym. The common areas where we ate breakfast were very accommodating and nice. We loved the view over the little Traverse Bay area and the central location of the hotel; we would definitely stay here again. The hot tub had a lot of foam on it, indicating it needed more treatment since that usually comes from people’s detergent and oils. The bed was a little firm; we prefer soft to medium, and we would prefer real eggs over bagged eggs. The shower‑head in our room was at the very top and, as an average‑sized person, I could barely feel the water pressure.
