The hotel was comfortable, the staff were good to an exceptional level, and the breakfast was great. Dinner wasn’t offered because of a scheduled event—unfortunate to arrive at 5 pm on a rainy day and, based on the next‑day breakfast, dinner would have been nice. The room layout was a bit awkward, especially the shower/bathroom and sink design, and the water wasn’t hot.

We had a problem with checking in, but the staff didn’t just sympathise – they actually gave us a better room than the one we had booked and even let us in before the official check‑in time. We’re very grateful.
