“Tante cose da migliorare per quel prezzo”
The staff was very friendly and the centre is tucked in the forest, so it feels very authentic and beautiful. I didn’t like that they didn’t even provide toilet paper in the bathroom despite the high price compared to the standard of the place, which is very poor. I didn’t expect a palace and I didn’t want a palace, but if you charge so much I expect certain cleaning and services, otherwise lower the price. There was internet available but it wasn’t included in the room price and they charged extra.
“Aie aie aie....”
The proximity to the time arch is really the most appreciated thing about this place. The communication was dreadful, the answers (when I did get a response) didn’t match my questions, the location was wrong, I had to try 10 times to finally get the exact address. The organization was catastrophic, nothing was prepared for my arrival… The worst part was that when I tried to shift the dates by 24 hours it was impossible, saying everything was full. It was absolutely false, I was alone and there was no one else… I lost money and time, but fortunately the arch is an amazing thing that erased all those inconveniences.
Very good service, the three Marias who run the place make the adventure that the time arch represents feel like home. From there I was assigned a guide named Rausel, who arranged for a tent for me to spend a night by the arch.
