The room was very nice, with all the comfort needed and very clean. The aparthotel was quiet, well‑located, and transport was easy. Reception was very pleasant. Great address, and there’s a very good bakery nearby. Nothing to note.

The hostess Sylvia was amazing. The apartment is very big and feels cozy. Nothing else, it was great.

The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was provided, from shower gel and towels for the lake to bathrobes. A greeting of cold water in the fridge and some chocolate was included. Because there were no other bookings before or after our stay, our arrival and departure could be very flexible, so we had no stress. Since we arrived in midsummer, the air‑conditioning was pre‑cooled. The explanation and tour of the rented apartment were simple, thorough, and handled with confidence. We were four adults and had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much! Nothing to criticize.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Samantha was very kind and welcoming, even letting us check in early. We appreciated her hospitality and had a great stay. In August the weather is very hot. With only one air‑conditioner in the living room and limited cooling control, the bedrooms got quite warm. It’s hard to find reasonably priced hotels with air‑conditioning in Switzerland.
