The bed was comfortable. On the day we arrived there was no water, and when it finally came it didn’t heat up. We had a commitment and were delayed. The next day, around 22 h, the garage gate was under maintenance and we couldn’t park the car. We had to drive it to a parking lot two blocks away. Breakfast was very simple, and the bathroom wall was dirty.

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning was satisfactory, but the breakfast was mediocre with a poor menu and small portions from the staff. The cheese bread was dark, oily, and dry, the loaf was dry, the sandwich press was broken, and the melon was hard and tasteless. On the first day there was no water for the shower. Other than that, things went reasonably well, and for those just looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine.

My stay was unsatisfactory. On the first day the hotel ran out of water, with the return initially scheduled for 11 h, then postponed to 17 h, but it didn’t arrive until 23 h. We were without water for the whole period, even for basic needs like brushing our teeth. Moreover, this morning, next to my under‑age daughter, I witnessed a heated argument between the hotel receptionist and a service provider working on the garage gate. The incident happened in the hotel lobby, showing a total lack of respect for guests and a lack of professionalism in maintaining the lodging environment. As for the other facilities and services, the room was adequate, the key‑holder was disappointing, and breakfast was only average. Given these issues, especially the prolonged water outage and the embarrassing reception incident, the experience fell far below expectations.
