The location was absolutely fantastic, with a breathtaking ocean view, and it’s a dream spot for surfers because you’re right by the waves. The pool was nice and we liked the small‑hotel feel. However, we found it quite far from popular tourist attractions, with drives of two to three hours to reach them. The hotel claims it’s in San Miguel, but we had to drive an hour just to get to the real San Miguel, and our Google map said we were in Chirilagua. The room was not the cleanest; the shower felt dirty, and we saw a variety of bugs—baby termites on the pillows, ants at the back door, and even spiders in the bathroom. It just didn’t feel up to par for the price we paid.

The location is right by the sea, but the signage is poor, the TVs are very old, and apps like Netflix and YouTube won't open.
