The room was extremely dirty, with cockroaches. It’s basic, but I think they could improve the cleaning. The shower barely produces water, and the temperature options are either off or scorching hot. We talked to the staff and nothing was fixed. It’s close to Italac, so trucks keep coming all night, making it noisy and impossible to rest.

The staff at this hotel were really on top of things, and one person in particular, Ju, made my stay amazing. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was.
