“Excellent séjour”
The facilities and storage in the room were good, towels were provided, clear instructions before, during and after the stay, a bathroom at every level, the kitchen and dishes were supplied, the roommates were friendly, the décor was nice, rooms were generally clean, the room itself was very pleasant, cool even under the roof, good insulation, comfortable bedding, the Velux window worked, the room had a pleasant scent, lighting points were fine, the fan was useful. The toilet was not separate from the bathroom, all doors squeaked (including the entrance), the bathroom door was a bit of a hassle to reach the toilet, the fridge was not kept at the right temperature, I didn’t understand the parking, there were spider webs, the desk was too small for an adult, dust on the wall décor, the most important issue was that we weren’t warned about the number of steps for people with physical difficulties and for carrying luggage, and the description of the second floor was insufficient.
