Parking was available, and the staff who handled the parking were very helpful. The shower curtain in the room had a musty smell.

The breakfast offered little variety but was enough to start the day well. The location is great, arriving straight from the station, and it’s convenient whether you’re heading north, taking a train to Ōtsu Port, or exploring Lake West. The room was a bit small, and having an extra key card would have improved the indoor air and environment.
