Parking was available in front of the hotel and the housekeeping staff were kind, but the room was very small, unlike the photos on Booking, faced the road and was noisy; below the room was a terrace with smokers that left an odor inside. We felt we had the worst room even though we were on vacation to relax, and the cramped space made it impossible to enjoy the road and terrace. The Wi‑Fi was public, so we couldn’t use the phone for international calls because it was blocked; the network was a public captive portal, not private. The TV didn’t work, only one channel was available and the rest was blank. When we arrived, the staff were unfriendly, stayed on the phone while greeting us, simply handed us the key and gave no information about the Wi‑Fi (which, as mentioned, was a public captive portal). Even the nice terrace on the Arzon was unusable (although it was not crowded), so we drank our beer on the road terrace at the parking spots. A bit more customer care wouldn’t hurt.
