The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is wonderful. The food was good and the staff very courteous. Unfortunately the pool is cold, the spa area is quite small, and there’s no outdoor section.

The breakfast was fine, no sweet pastries or anything like that. The dinner was tasty and worth recommending. The wellness area didn’t match what we expected for the price; the pool was cold and the sauna and recliners were full.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, offering peace, nature, sports, and mountains. The food is good and the staff super friendly. The only drawback is the pool, which is far too cold; the splash pool should be separate and warmer. The swimming area was okay, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, very varied and fresh. Nothing else to note, just a bit pricey.
