“Okay”

The place was good and the room was spacious, but the lady there was not friendly at all and seemed uninterested. She didn’t escort us to our room, so we had to find it ourselves, which was a bit difficult. There was no cutlery in the room, no Wi‑Fi login details, and we had to go back and forth to the reception for the login information.

The deluxe room was roomy, spotless, and so large that I couldn't hear the neighbors in the next room. However, the reception staff needed to improve their call etiquette—something like “Good day, you have reached City Club Hotel, you are speaking with xyz”—and the overall appearance was off; nobody wants to see chipped nails on the front desk, as that reflects on the business. The parking situation was also problematic: only about 8 to 10 cars can fit, yet the booking says free parking, and at reception I was told it was first‑come, first‑served. When I checked out at 09:30 in the morning, the reception door was locked, no one was there, and I had to slide my key card under the door.

“Terrible don't book”

It was relatively clean, but it turned out to be one of the worst places we've ever stayed. There was no parking, noise seeped through the entire night, and the cushions and towels were as thin as paper.

The tennis court was a plus, yet the fleece was dirty, the ironing board was too far away, and there were bed bugs.
