The price was reasonable, but improvements would make it much better. The AC was mis‑placed, so the cool air didn’t reach the bed, and there was a slight water leak in the bathroom.

I liked the simple but functional setup, warm water and good air‑con, and the place was quiet. However, there was no window or fridge, the cleanliness wasn’t great, and it felt a bit remote.
