Comfort and service were excellent. Everything was fine.

The staff were friendly and relaxed, and when we accidentally slept in, they didn’t overcharge us for an extra 30 minutes. I’m not sure what else to say.

Breakfast was good, but the staff stopped cooking around 9:30. The hotel’s location is great and easy to reach. The carpet in the room was dirty with multiple stains, the shower wasn’t fully cleaned, and while the tub was cleaned, the shower walls were not. There was no soap in the shower—only shampoo and conditioner. Because the room was by the pool, you could hear people in the pool.

There was absolutely nothing. The room and breakfast area were dirty, I found a roach in the shower, and after contacting the front desk twice, my complaints were ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
