Lovina Inn - Nagoya Batam

The environment is clean, the staff polite, helpful, and prompt. The location is good and the place is quiet, unlike my previous hotels. The only drawback is there’s no halal food nearby, so you have to walk further or head to Nagoya Mall or the surrounding area to find it.

Lovina inn nagoya room service is top, efficient,fast in making beds and come to attend customer daily facilities needs no doubt is a 2 or 3 star rate but service is excellent compared to Aston Gideon and Aston nagoya is 4 or 5 star yet previously when attend to customers facilities needs is slow response and need to call service counter afew times.room rates is high and musky smell in rooms salted fish smell the one near Aston Gideon bcoz less air freshener and corridor windows are opened no Aircon or clean air circulation.lovinainn is value for money, cleanliness, location etc. everything was perfect. Wifi mostly in the night or day time got disconnected.login many time cannot connect must go to service counter than connect.I book 11 days on arrival I add one more day and pay it.on the 11 day night my access card cannot open the door so the service counter key into the system but next day morning my hubby go downstairs to smoke outside came up awhile can't opened the door. I havent check out it is only 730 am

The room looked decent and was suitable for a short stay, but a few rooms had a minor pest issue that the reception helped resolve.
