Simon's Boutique Hôtel

“Das Hotel war insgesamt eine gute Wahl.”

The rooms provided enough comfort for a short trip. There was a good breakfast, though a bit more variety would be recommended. The hotel’s connectivity was excellent, making it easy to get everywhere.

“Nice friendly stay but not the best if space is prioritized.”

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Close to restaurants and the metro. The location isn’t ideal (not in a clean or fancy neighborhood) and the space felt cramped.

“Quase perfeito mas é possível melhorar”

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. Housekeeping is perfect; every time I entered the room it was tidy and clean to detail. On the last day they let me store my luggage until I left for the airport. The breakfast needs more care. The eggs are too dry on the buffet, the coffee machine lacks quality… just a bit more attention in preparation would help, because the ingredients are already there. Unfortunately the hotel isn’t at fault but it sits in a kind of “alley.” For a couple or groups of men it’s fine, but for women traveling alone or groups of women it might not be the best idea. Near the metro exit there are odd movements and some traffic. Even though the hotel is safe and allows entry after hours with the room card, it can be more complicated for single women.

“Alles in allem ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis”

The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. Rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet. The carpet was noticeably worn and could use a replacement.

I like the property itself. Smooth check-in and check-out at any time and the staff speaks English. The room was decent and clean with necessary facilities. The location of the property itself. It's quite dirty outside, noisy and there's a smell. Over-all, this really affected the experience
