Wangcome Hotel

“Besides this, the hotel location is very central, and value for money”

The place is in a perfect spot and offers good value for the price, yet the bathroom lacks a proper shower; using the long bathtub is risky without a handle or grip bar, so the hotel should add a grip bar above the tub for safety.

“場所柄もあり、満足はしています。”

The location was good and the staff were very friendly, partly because a friend was a regular; however, the facilities were old, the first room assigned was awful, but after switching it was acceptable.

The place is in a great spot and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, on the front desk they advertised a room for THB 700.-, which was far cheaper than what I paid through this app.

“Hotel de otro siglo”

The location is the best part of the hotel. In 1960 it probably was a top hotel, but nowadays it feels the same—very old, almost abandoned, with that era's charm. The hallways are huge and empty, giving off a bit of a “yuyu” vibe. The bathtub is completely rusted and the taps are half torn off. There is a lot of outside noise, making it hard to sleep if you're sensitive. Breakfast was pretty bad; there was almost nothing, and the coffee was the worst we've had in Thailand.

“Great location and staff great. Clean spacious rooms.”

The location is unbeatable for being right in the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the security team is always on the lookout. The downside was that the buffet breakfast wasn’t available on some days because there weren’t many guests. When I ordered bacon and eggs, the bacon was just a tiny slice.
