The hotel was pleasant, but the room had a very strong unpleasant odor that bothered me; I know the décor isn’t new, but the room could be aired out before guests arrive by turning the radiator; something definitely can be done.

The breakfast was good, the room décor liked, the forest nearby liked, and after a long day on the road it’s nice to walk in nature; it’s completely unacceptable that the booking page requires you to tick a box for “bird” to indicate whether there are two beds or one large bed, and the staff then says they can (!) bring the two beds together; waking up between two mattresses at night is very unpleasant and broke the otherwise positive overall impression; the room was a bit dusty too.
