Great spot with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The staff were very helpful and replaced a broken toilet seat right away. However, a lot of repairs around the hotel made it look unclean, the elevators seemed still under repair yet usable, and the breakfast buffet didn’t look very appetizing.

“Not all rooms are good, there was a smell in the corridors, it’s the kind of smell that’s old and rotten.”

I stayed on the 11th floor and liked the room, but had to switch to another floor because it was better. The 10th floor rooms felt creepy, dark, dirty and dusty, with a bad ambiance; the guestroom corridor was hot and had no AC. None of the rooms were sound‑proof, so street bands playing every afternoon could be heard inside even with windows and doors closed.

The proximity to Airport T1 and the Mall of Asia was a plus.

“Friendly staff, nice public areas”

I was initially impressed by the hotel's public areas, which were well-maintained and pleasant. However, the guest rooms were a different story - they were large, but unfortunately, very outdated, with aging showers and bathrooms that gave away the hotel's age of over 25 years. It's clear that the hotel needs some renovations to bring it up to modern standards.
