They took the reservation and asked us to pay when we reached the hotel, and first nobody was there; then when we asked for our booking, they refused to give us any room. The staff was highly unethical, unprofessional, and there was no contact support to report them. We landed in Ujjain after a tiring few hours at night when it was raining, and there was no help.

This place is a gem, especially if you're visiting the Mahakal Corridor and Ujjain Railway Station. The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient to get around. It's also a great spot to stay in Ujjain overall. The only thing that would make it even better is.

The hotel's proximity to the Mahakal Temple is a huge plus – it made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were always friendly and willing to lend a hand, which was much appreciated. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. If I'm being picky, I'd say.
