The terrace and its location were great, and breakfast offered a wide spread.

The location inside Khiva’s walls is perfect; you can’t miss the atmosphere outside the walls, and the terrace is beautiful for breakfast. The room is too basic.

“Perfect gem in the heart of Khiva”

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem, offering stunning views of the square both day and night. The rooftop terrace provides the best nighttime view, while a lovely outdoor terrace is available for breakfast if desired. The hotel is immaculate, with understated décor and tasteful ikat accents. From arrival, you feel at home: a water cooler for bottles, fragrant tea in the room, and fresh towels daily. Breakfast is delicious, mixing hot, cold, sweet, and savory dishes with plenty of seasonal fruit. Several tours are available and easy to arrange; we went to the fortresses, which are highly recommended. The best place in Khiva!

“best views, nice family run hotel”

This is the best hotel in Khiva—a historic home redesigned and run by the same family for five generations, with incredible views from multiple common terraces. The owner father and son are always available to help with cars, laundry, recommendations, and history questions. Highly recommended, and if we return to Khiva, this is definitely where we’ll stay.
