“It was a good stay bed was comfortable and pillows also but the bed is to high for seniors to get into bed”

They welcomed my small dog and the hotel was close to town, but the bed was too high for seniors.

“Like its name suggests, it is a comfortable place to stay, no bells or whistles but it is good.”

I arrived late and the receptionist, despite dealing with other issues, handled me politely and courteously. The AC made the room a bit cool, but the bed was warm and comfortable, which balanced things out. The shower was decent, though it would be better to have a soap dispenser like the ones for shampoo and conditioner instead of a small bar of soap. The building is older and the rooms seem outdated, so the price doesn’t match the quality; it feels like the owners are taking advantage of the steady income from miners traveling through Timmins. The location is convenient, just a short drive to the airport or the main roads in Timmins. I plan to stay again. The only downside is that there’s nothing for early‑morning departures before 6 am—having a granola bar, yogurt with a spoon, and a carton of fruit juice or a bottle of water would be nice.

The room was comfortable and the location was good, but the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, breakfast was scarce—no food at all 😕, and the bathtub drainage was slow.
