Sapphire Blue Suites

“Z całego serca polecam!”

From the very beginning we felt truly cared for in this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and warm, making us feel comfortable right away. The perfect cleanliness of both the room and the entire property is a huge plus, with every detail polished. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and varied, and each day started with pleasure. The entire stay was flawless; it’s hard to find even one thing to criticize. It’s clear that the owners and staff pour a lot of heart into this place and care about guest comfort. This is one of those hotels you gladly want to return to. We wholeheartedly recommend it and will fondly remember our stay.

“The suite was 10/10. The staff were brilliant, the breakfast was well worth it and suite stunning”

We stayed in a suite that was first‑class from arrival to departure. The staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities exceptional. There is very little we didn't like; the only downside is some development happening (the facility is being extended), but from our location it didn’t affect us at all.

We had the pleasure of staying a few days at this hotel in Kissamos and we’re absolutely delighted! The hotel is wonderful – from the start we were impressed by the very friendly and helpful staff. They are extremely courteous, smiling, and always eager to help, so we felt very comfortable immediately. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and above all very clean. Special thanks to the wonderful cleaning lady who meticulously cleaned our room and changed towels every day; she clearly cares about guest comfort. The breakfasts were a major highlight—tasty, fresh, and very varied, so everyone finds something they like. We also liked the pool; the water was great and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is excellent and serves as a great base for exploring western Crete. It was a truly wonderful stay and we can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. If we ever visit Crete again, we would definitely want to return here.

“Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo. Consigliamo sia per posizione strategica che per qualità.”

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, the breakfast is top‑quality and meticulously prepared. The most appreciated aspect was the staff’s friendliness—always sunny, available, and eager to make your stay unforgettable. We felt welcomed and very pampered.
