The spot was great, yet the staff came across as rather unfriendly.

The staff were incredible - so warm, friendly and always willing to help. The location is idyllic, very private and close to Ocho Rios without being in the thick of it. I really enjoyed being to snorkel off the beach and see an amazing variety of fish and corals. I felt the value for money was exceptional, considering all the things that are included such as breakfast, activities put on at the hotel, quality of service etc. Everything was exceptional, however one improvement could be to provide more information about the excursions, i.e. the price, what's included / excluded, duration etc

The Jamaica Inn is truly fantastic. The beach is large, spacious, a calm oasis yet still offers canoeing, sailing and snorkelling. The food is delicious, mixing local flavours with international options. In the evenings, incredible musicians accompany the meals. A big shout out to the entire team – reception, waiters, beach staff and cooks – for their warm welcome and making our holiday unforgettable. 10/10

The location, rooms and staff are great, but the price point on site is a bit high.
