“Atendeu à necessidade”
The place was decent for a good night's sleep, but the staff seemed clueless about the basics. The fan in my room was broken and it took until the next day to get a new one.
The spot is great, close to everything. But the shared bathroom is a nightmare – it gets dirty and no one cleans it regularly. Guests don't keep it tidy and nobody seems to check.
Overall, everything was great and the price was a good deal. The staff were amazing. The cafeteria could use some improvement, but it was fine for me.

I wouldn't stay here again. There were cockroaches, the room was filthy and in a windowless basement. The staff kept knocking on my door all the time, and the card reader was dead. When I tried to pay cash, they had no change and didn't give me the right amount back, and they don't speak any of the languages I tried.
