Golden Citadel Hotel Siem Reap

This place really has a great vibe going on - the staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're traveling. The decor is modern and stylish, and the whole atmosphere feels really relaxed. However, there was one annoying issue with the air conditioning in our room - it was blowing straight onto the bed, which made it hard to sleep. Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming, even giving us a little gift when we left. The hotel itself is also very peaceful. My only gripe is that the showerhead needs replacing.

“A well earned relax vacation with hotel staff who treat you as family”

This hotel is a hidden gem - the rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to take in the views. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The food is simple but delicious, and they're happy to accommodate any requests. I was particularly impressed by our guide and driver, Krath, who took us on an unforgettable adventure. He's an absolute sweetheart, with a patience and kindness that's hard to find.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the street leading to the hotel isn't exactly the prettiest.

“Alles perfekt”

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a little gift when we left. The pool is also really nice. The only thing is that you do need to take a tuk-tuk to get into town, but it's not expensive, so it's not a big deal.
