I was close to the Central Railway Station and the room was spacious, but the hotel’s name was wrong— it was listed as Hotel O Sreekanteswaram when it was actually Rest & Relaz Tourist Home, which made finding it a real hassle. The road to the hotel was narrow, and the water coming through the pipe was muddy.

The location was good, but there was only one soap and one towel for three people.

The staff seemed clueless about how to meet customers’ needs, even when requests were made in their language; only the lady at the desk in the morning had any idea what was happening. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to get things done, but most of my requests were never completed.
