The staff were friendly and very nice, but the flexibility was not good; we had breakfast included, yet when we arrived at 10 am it was already closed and the next day we had to go at 7 am, while breakfast only started at 8 am.

The staff were available, but the entrance door never closes, there are no luggage racks, breakfast is only Turkish, there are no sweets, the location is hard to find, and they only speak Turkish.
