The hotel gives 4‑star perks for 3‑star rates, right in the heart of Jinnah Supermarket. Even though cheaper spots are close by, its full range of facilities—including 24‑hour service—makes it a solid value. The staff are friendly and polite, rooms are roomy and spotless, the wifi is reliable, and the breakfast spread is decent. While many popular restaurants are just a short walk away, the hotel’s own eatery offers a decent mix of Chinese, Pakistani and continental options for a hassle‑free meal. On the downside, the rooms feel a bit stuffy and the windows are sealed shut; an extractor fan in the bathroom would help. The real annoyance was the automated bank‑transfer request sent an evening before arrival—unnecessary and potentially costly for overseas guests, especially since credit card details are already collected at booking. When I asked about it, they told me to ignore it, which makes the whole thing even more puzzling.

“Very professional staff but rooms required little bit attention”

The property is well managed, and the front desk team is very cooperative and professional. However, both the staff and the room locations could use some improvement.
