The room was huge, the bed clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly, yet the floor and tiles in the room could have been cleaned better, the equipment was very basic and rustic, and the terrace of our room wasn’t cleaned. It’s a good family hotel with large rooms, a pool and attractions well designed for kids, but the small pool was the only one cleaned during our stay even though there are two. The “spa” was just a jacuzzi, no sauna, the hammam had no steam and smelled moldy. Music started in the courtyard at 8:30 am and went on all day. The pool towels were worn and varied in size. It’s a basic family hotel with a camping vibe, not a four‑star spa hotel; the photos give a different impression, and it definitely doesn’t justify the price.
