The location is superb, the place is quiet, the mattresses are top quality, the breakfast is sufficient, I really enjoy staying there and have already been multiple times this year.

A small, distinctive hotel in the heart of Hamburg; everything is a bit dated but clean and friendly, no luxury or frills, a solid place to explore the city, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with fresh rolls, and we would stay here again.

“Very bad quality for the money”

The location is good, but I am formally complaining about my stay last night at Hotel Belmoor Dammtor in Hamburg: the room was in an unacceptable, obviously unclean state, the bed was heavily dusty, there were towels and rubbish under the bed, the area under the bed had clearly not been cleaned for a long time, this is not a minor flaw but a clear breach of basic cleanliness and hygiene expectations for a hotel room; I paid 150 € for this overnight stay and, given the condition described, I demand a full refund of that amount. Please investigate my complaint immediately, forward it to the hotel, and let me know exactly when the refund will be processed. I can provide photos as evidence if needed. Please confirm receipt and give me a definitive response within seven days. A simple apology is not sufficient given the state described. Sincerely, Sergiu Pasca
