We specified that we were traveling with very elderly guests and needed rooms with no stairs-there were at least 30 stairs! and although we paid the full amount in advance we had to look for alternative accommodation at 7:00 pm with a 84,85,86 and 89 year old in the car - extremely tired after a full days' travel The owner refused to let us cancel or give us a partial refund and we will never trust Bookings.com again and will black list them to all our friends and family

The view was breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the scent was pleasant, giving a home‑like vibe that I adored; even though it rained cats and dogs, we slept soundly thanks to the electric blanket for those chilly nights, so I’ll definitely book again 🌹
