Breakfast was hearty, with various breads, fresh fruit, eggs, butter, jam, honey, cheese and yogurt, plus coffee and tea served with Saad’s kindness; we felt warmly welcomed and surrounded, and Catherine was super efficient at helping us plan excursions or answer practical questions.

The riad is very well located, just 3 minutes from the blue gate, with traditional décor, a warm welcome, staff that take care of every detail, an excellent breakfast and dinner offered by reservation that are of very good quality; everything was perfect, except that for a very picky person the shower room might feel a bit cramped.

In the heart of the Medina, not far from the Blue Gate, the riad was welcoming and convenient for visiting sites; the bedding was also well maintained and breakfast was good, with thanks to Catherine who arranged a last‑minute taxi and sent a gentleman to pick us up and escort us to the riad upon arrival.

The Riad was small, but our room was surprisingly spacious, and Rabie’s service was outstanding; the rooftop breakfast was fantastic. We had booked an airport transfer, but the driver caused a problem; Rabie stepped in to resolve it, which made us feel better. He also had his staff guide us to restaurants and the hammam so we wouldn’t get lost. Rabie made us feel at home and was always very responsive. We loved the stay and will definitely return.
