The location is really good; the malecón, the church, everything is close by. The service is very good :) The only issue was the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the base was quite noisy.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything and safe at night. The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always ready to guide and help. By courtesy the hotel offers free coffee in the lobby 24 hrs, and they leave a complimentary water bottle in the room, which is much appreciated. The hotel has a partnership with the nearby café; showing the discount card gives you a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Ask beforehand if they accept credit cards for payment at the restaurant, as the machine sometimes isn’t working.

The location and the staff were good. Some guests made a lot of noise and it kept me from sleeping well.
